Speed , Agility and Quickness training at junior level that enhances the sports performance.
BALL GAMES AND DRILLS
Ball games and Drills to teach the Sports fundamentals and concept.
Body weight workouts and Functional fitness training. (Every Friday evenings from 0730 pm – 9 pm )
SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING
This session is a 5 hour small group training session that cover all aspects of Cricket and Badminton.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS BOOTCAMP
We run Bootcamp for adults that helps them with muscle strengthening , Body balance and Flexibility through body weight workouts , Pilates movements and through mild to moderate level agility sports drills at a very affordable monthly membership.
Athletic training training improves your skills and experience if different field. We have tested this experience in athletes in Indoor and Outdoor, Recreational and Rep Programs.
At the ‘Drillz’, fitness does not mean weight training or any of the gymnasium routines or expensive equipment. Streamline and make use of the idle body and mind through concentrated fitness regimen for the betterment of the individual, family and the society.
